While building each structure bottom-up, she always keeps her goal in the perspective, achieving it with resilience and determination.
Meet Alexandra Schmidt-Mintgen! With over 21 years of experience in the banking industry (starting since she was 16 years old at a bank), management, business, and innovation, Alexandra currently works as the Chief Operating Officer of HSBC. She has had the chance to travel around the world and values being part of an international team in which people with a very different cultural background work closely together.
