The g4g / EITIC-EU partnership
History & goals
EITIC-EU and g4g are working together to help inspire the future leaders of STEM!
EITIC-EU is an Erasmus+ project, coordinated by Fundación Cibervoluntarios and formed by 5 other organisations from Italy, Greece, Romania, Belgium. It is designed to inspire and empower girls and young women aged 10-16 to pursue STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) careers. The aim is to bridge the digital gender gap and demonstrate that STEAM careers are also for women. Through the visibility of female role models, success stories of women entrepreneurs and innovators, and the promotion of entrepreneurial culture with a technological approach, EITIC-EU seeks to break gender prejudices and stereotypes. The aim of EITIC-EU is to raise awareness of the importance of promoting STEAM professions among girls and women.
g4g is one of the partners of EITIC-EU, and we have been working together with EITIC-EU for about a year, providing learning experiences to encourage girls to consider STEM-related careers.
We believe in promoting girls’ access to STEM through educational resources, awareness initiatives, and innovation competitions in schools.
Our past events with EITIC-EU
First resources available: Case Study Report and Methodological Handbook
The creation of these guides for alternative pedagogy, intended for teachers and education professionals. They are based on an analysis of local needs, an understanding of the cultural and social context of girls, and the identification of innovative practices to promote access to STEM.

g4g hosted the EITUC-EU project in Brussels. We hosted and led the brainstorming on how we can create open resources, including tools and activities, to be accessible by school teachers and parents.
g4g’s Interview with EITIC-EU
In this interview, we dive into how EITIC-EU is opening doors for every curious mind. Showing girls, young innovators, and future changemakers that science truly is for everyone. It’s all about empowering talent, building confidence, and turning big dreams into real opportunities, one girl at a time!
