We are looking for a:
Project & Event Coordinator
We are an enthusiastic and curious international team dedicated to inspire girls (and boys) of all ages and backgrounds in all things science & technology – and we are looking for a part-time Project & Event Coordinator to join us! In this role, you would be responsible for managing, organizing, and leading STEM events in schools and at our headquarter office such as after-school activities or workshops, as well as assisting in the planning and leading of local and international STEM events. This role would be on a project-based stipend and can be flexible depending on your availability.
Abilities and Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English, as it’s the dominant working language. Other languages are a huge plus (especially French and Dutch)
Have experience teaching and/or educating children of various ages
Have experience engaged in various aspects of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
Ability to work on Wednesday afternoons and some Saturdays
Legally allowed to work in Belgium with freelance/independent status

You have experience managing events and projects, especially international ones… Or you’re ready to convince us that you can!
You enjoy and/or are open to some travel as part of the role
You are collaborative & independent – we have a lovely and cosy workshop and co-working space and would ask that you to be able to work collaboratively and contribute to the team, while still being able to manage your time and work autonomously.
Must love to learn! Our team comes from different academic backgrounds, but we all have one thing in common - the desire to learn more about the fast & innovative world of science & technology.
