We're excited to have announced that g4g was back in the Big Apple... and this time in Queens NYC!
Together with A STEAM Magnet School and our sponsors Nokia, we invited 70 kids aged 11-15 and offered them a full morning of hands-on activities and workshops around STEM, for a day of interactive, unbelievable fun with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics!

Where? A STEAM magnet school in Queens, NY
When? Friday 27th of October, 2017; from 9:30 - 12:40
What? Welcoming 70 kids aged 11-15 from local schools to come and join us for a day filled with interactive and hands-on fun in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
How? We invited role model professionals to lead 45 minute workshops that show the link to STEM, with 14-15 students in one workshop. The participants had a chance to experience 2 workshops throughout the day.

Melissa Rancourt, Chairman & Founder. Melissa is an engineer herself and loves the Big Bang TV show. So much so that she does a workshop based on it which has proved to be one of the favourites of the girls. Melissa is a true science geek and doesn't mind who knows this!
